Jason is a self-proclaimed foodie who developed his love for food working in the restaurant industry while in school. Jason brings over 15 years of sales experience and relationship building to Apex. As Sales Manager, Jason’s approach is client focused and solution driven. Jason is passionate about working with our clients to deliver products that add value to their business and promote consistent quality and sales growth.
Plant Operations Manager
Tim came to his love for food from a desire to understand consumer tastes and habits. Manufacturing chocolate for over a decade, Tim brings a solid foundation of maintenance, operations, packaging, mechanical expertise and food engineering. Since joining the Apex team, Tim’s successes include the design of a commercial potato smasher and packaging-line engineering for various cooked vegetables.
Renita’s dinners with family and friends often turn to impromptu dinner parties where everyone experiments with new dishes. Professionally, Renita brings many years of accounting expertise in the areas of manufacturing process, reporting and analysis. At Apex, she’s been responsible for setting up daily production reports and standardizing monthly financial insights.

Combining his love for food with his passion for science and technology, Chris has built a career helping customers achieve their visions. Chris has developed a wide variety of products that can be found on menus and shelves across Canada. Chris’s product development talent helps us bridge the gap between culinary inspiration and operational execution, and deliver safe, quality, and efficient food solutions to our customers.
